Add support for subarray readouts

I should use the constraint of the 1st derivative in the median bias levels of each channel estimated from the light pixel to be continuous.
This should remove the residue offsets in channel.
This can be incorporated into reductions.subtract_median_bias_residue with a control flag.

I should use biweight instead of median in while using bias estimation.
Also incorporate other robustness features. and data quality diagnostics quantities.
