I reused the classic Capcom colors for this and they're far too dark. It may even be worth lightening up the classic Capcom colors too. The buttons used were typically more of a true blue than the navy color I have here. The red could maybe be a bit lighter as well.

The classic American layout has the last two buttons (the blue column) obviously too high. The joystick also looks off and should be moved up.

The cluster grid layout also has similar issues. The last column (again, blue) is slightly too high. And the bottom one looks off center. The joystick should also be moved up, to be inline with the empty space between the top and bottom row.

In both cases the D button (blue) should be to the right of the C button (green), not under it
