lifespan 기능 적용.
TemplateResponse 규격 변경에 따른 업데이트 진행

동적으로 Consistency를 적용하며 Collection을 불러올 수 있는 구조 만들기

실무에서 특정 상황에 대하여 Concern 등의 Consistency를 조절할 필요성이 느껴짐.

pymongo 측에서는 이를 Collection 객체 선언시에 만들어지기에 동적으로 옵션을 입력받아 생성하는 구조 구현 필요.
