refine styles about :hover

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Chrome browser
2. Enter apollo-11a.blogbus.com in the address bar
3. The scroll bar disappear

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The scroll bar should be there, but it disappear.

Use the origin .jpg resource.
Make a flash version:
1. When the mouse is hovering on it, tuzki's face will become red.
2. When the mouse is leaving it, tuzki's face will turning back to white.

If the tags are too long to be showed in one row, the current style will
cut the overflow part.
The expected result is to show these tags on the bottom side of these meta
information, and they can be showed in several rows.

The current build.xml process use *.modified file to control which theme
should be zip as a new version, but it is not a good way.
I suppose to use svntask, and use "svn update" to check which of the themes
are modified, zip them to the new release, submit them to the svn
repository and upload them to the download site.

The backtrack area is style as "display: none" since the Tuzki3.0 version.
Plan to refine this area for tuzki4.0, and check whether the "display:
none;" is set in sandbox or not
