Config.txt CMake variables aren't being set
Config.txt isn’t replacing its CMake variable for the build directory (remove COPYONLY in the Config configure_file call, this will also require changing the name of the variable in Config.txt)
Only copy collision-types.json from project/ folder during builds
CMakeLists doesn't distinguish between debug and release mode
Remove branch from template's raftfile.json for Ancona
__gameAbbr__Game.cpp is incorrectly setting the game name in the constructor
save.dat needs to be copied into the builder folder
Game template should take Ancona branch as parameter
Game map needs camera bounds
Properly reflect the default collision types in ducklnig
The Maps folder isn't being copied into the build directory
OS X failed to build without this C++ flag: -stdlib=libc++
This only happened when building through CLion, not sure why
Android resource root not looking to correct place
Currently, the resource root in the Config.txt gets set to the build computer's resources/ full location (ex: /home/tlein/Code/ILikeDucks/Test/resources) when it should be just "resources" for android

Smartly set Raft CMake variables
When not building using raft (through CLion) we should change the template game’s CMakeLists.txt file to smartly set the various raft environment variables.
