Update the xdg directory paths

The GTK+ User Dirs Update tool let you update the xdg directory paths.

And write the corresponding logic for it too.
Offer an option to call to Desktop directory (e.g. to Schreibtisch).
When I tried Manjaro Linux in my language, it did just that. Downloads folder was named as "Downloads", but visually it was written differently in my language.
