You can search with Pontiiif at http://pontiiif.brumfieldlabs.com/ The source code is available at https://github.com/saracarl/Pontiiif A preview demo is available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2-3hAtidUM
"ViewDir is a open community of designers and developers interested in creating composable and interoperable interfaces for consuming and creating online content. ViewDir is related to the IIIF project, and this book should fulfill at least a few of the IIIF Software Developers Interest Group goals. However, UI components can and should be designed to work outside of the IIIF context unless there are necessary dependencies. Such an approach aims to broaden the developer community, expand the use of the components, and spread awareness of the IIIF project."

Or is it already on the list?

Can anyone direct me at who are responsible for the (extended) survey? There are a couple questions there of which I need clarification.
We need a good, short demo of annotation capabilities

This uses Mirador and annotations as a way of deep-zoom navigation through an online course. Absolutely stunning navigation! Thanks for sharing @rsinghal and please add more info here if that's helpful.
@jronallo - forgive me if this isn't the proper ticketing format. happy to update as necessary.
We could consider adding this post which has shows a lot of enthusiasm and has some good bolded sections:

This is a just a proposal for a new section dedicated to CMS plugins related to IIIF. Since I had these links in my Github "stars" I thought it might be useful to share (even though you probably know them already) and potentialy add them to the awesome list... But I did not take the time to test them deeply and I am not really aware of their maturity or if they are still actively maintained (I am quite sure it is the case for UniversalViewer4Omeka but I do not know for the two others). That is why I preferred to open an issue instead of submitting a PR, I think these tools need to be reviewed by the curators of awesome 😉. I could submit separate PRs if you estimate they are good candidates.
UniversalViewer4Omeka
Omeka plugin that implements the IIIF APIs (Image and Presentation) and integrates the UniversalViewer into Omeka.
https://github.com/Daniel-KM/UniversalViewer4Omeka
Omeka IIIF Plugin
Omeka plugin that adds support for IIIF APIs into Omeka (IIIF image service used for thumbnails & zoomable viewer, and serves IIIF Presentation API manifests for use in Mirador or other tools).
https://github.com/klokantech/omeka-plugin-IIIF
Mirador Drupal
A Drupal module that integrates the Mirador viewer.
https://www.drupal.org/project/mirador
https://github.com/jbaiter/demetsiiify
Web service for creating and hosting IIIF manifests from METS/MODS documents https://demetsiiify.jbaiter.de
maybe a short screencast video
I recently started trying to keep track of the various blogs going up related to IIIF: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qMcgC6aRaRDbzZb7FHDuPHb3j9fdrRdWdzJXzkY9GQM/edit?usp=sharing
I haven't had a chance to read any of them yet
Implementations
SAT Taishōzō Image DB by the SAT Daizōkyō Text Database Committee in the DH initiative, the University of Tokyo adopts IIIF Image API and Presentation API including over 4,000 annotations displayed on Mirador but implements original search functions. (please shorten if it's too long)

IIIF Image Cropper

And then UCD has this tool that may just be a demo? http://digital.ucd.ie/crop/?id=ucdlib:33736&pid=ucdlib:33549
Anyone know the best link to provide?
Can we add this site as an implementor of IIIF:
Code base is here: http://github.com/lombardpress/lombardpress-web
The client viewer displays TEI encoded editions of texts (critical and diplomatic) and allows users to view the facsimiles behind those transcriptions via requests to images on IIIF compliant servers throughout the world.
Thanks
There are tools for editing manifests and annotations within a IIIF context that could be added.

Slides decks for most presentations given at both the Tuesday and Wednesday events can be found on the IIIF Slideshare account at:
I wasn’t sure where it best to put it. Perhaps under media?
Also, thanks for the repo! I’m finding it quite useful.
Ideas include:

While the Web Annotation work is happening elsewhere these standards and tools are integral to how IIIF works and a great enabler of its interoperability. I would like to consider adding an Annotations section to the list. What are some links that we ought to include to help seed the list?

tip for IIIF hackers: If you remove the last two parts from the manifest identifier, you get a manifest for the complete volume that has OCR information via IIIF annotations

1,500 --> more than 1,700??
e-codices have added quite a few digital manuscripts to their IIIF collection over the past few weeks (1,749 on this day). Should we wait a bit longer before updating this?
