Is this line alright? I get errors that that can be fixed by completing seq1=seq1 and out1=out1 and idz=idx, however after this I get the following error:

TypeError: Run() missing one required positional argument : 'self'

I used conda install then use . But i meet "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'hocort.aligners.aligner'

Hello, I have read your paper and find that Bowtie2 with un_conc mode will get the best precision.

Do you know how can I use the un_conc mode in hocort? From the document, It seems that we can't simply set it by -c argument?
