Although the current dependencies are generally available by default on operating systems, it is probably possible to reduce them without necessarily making the code more complex.

The current code is not optimal, it can be cleaned up and optimized for better performance.

Ex: replace any direct use of regex with bash like '=~' which is really slow

At the moment, the dependencies do not indicate their minimum version requirements.

When use amend on a commit, the signedoff auto-fix duplicate the signedoff

Need to fix the regex and add an test case

Replace the deprecated --<type> https://git-scm.com/docs/git-config#Documentation/git-config.txt---bool
With the "new" --type <type> https://git-scm.com/docs/git-config#Documentation/git-config.txt---typelttypegt

For now, when we make a commit with a bad commit type format, they're only return an error.
That can be cool to return this error with the list of authorized commit type

Hooks try to load components from a bad relative path,
it results in this fatal error:

.git/hooks/commit-msg: line 17: ./components/config: No such file or directory
.git/hooks/commit-msg: line 18: ./components/common: No such file or directory
