Change the embed sent for role reactions form on_ready to a command

issue with on_ready as it could be called multiple times while bot is running so we can change that to make the embed be sent via a command and there can be another command to also either delete and resend the embed for updates or edit the embed for updates to the config/py

Add locked channel that has total member count of server

"-deez" command

Given a user's input command of -deez, expect an output of -:peanuts: from terrybot.

Senior Design Matching

-Will need to parse command from the user in order to create a channel based on input.
-If the command is the same as another user, put them into the same channel that was created.
-Discuss auto-deletion of channels when senior design for some semesters is over.
