Add a configuration file to configure host and port for the realtime server.

The websocket is disconnected. I have no idea why. Or is it issue with Nitrous.io

Since we MAY not be adding anymore courses and some people may want to use these courses in the future, I think we should rename this repository to "Git tutor" or something alike.
Also we can move this to NITK-IEEE so that all of us can work on it. I am planning to add a detailed README to help people to set it up easily.

The rails repository's Gemfile; all the gems need to be put in testing group and if there is some problems with that, then it needs to be fixed.

When user log's out, I get a error saying 'No route matches [GET] "/users/sign_out"'

TODO:

1. Make real time server configurable with host and ip. #38
2. Silence outputs in most places. Provide better debug outputs when needed.
   3. Have a gemfile outside to manage dependencies instead of having one inside opt/ [Not required, as we have the build script to manage that.]
3. Rename opt.
4. Find all occurrences of opt in the HTML pages and replace with Learn-Git.
   6. Have an install script to install dependencies (gems) and make required folders (like repositories) #34
