I have actually the same "fridge/freezer" clone and the same issues 😂🙏
I actually thought, why not completely bypass the controller? It's a bldc inside, it should theorically works.
So I plugged a vesc on the conpressor three phases, tweaked it a little bit and.. bam it does works 😍🔥
I want to integrate all sensor on an esp32 and simply control the vesc from it (I think) or maybe use all adc and directly control it from Lisp.
Your solution is way more elegant but.. I'm a vesc boy so.. 🥳✌️
