user role management(group rights, active/deactive)

1. stock group
2. sales group
3. accountant group
4. VP group

Print PDF function for PriceRequest, Quotation, Invoice, Packing List etc.

Activate/inactivate, lock/unlock items, prices, customers and other.

1. inactivate items (active item means orderable item)
   • items are inactive by default, before administrator active it. So anyone can edit them freely before active.
2. inactivate customers
   • when a customer has no activities more than 1 year. Inactive customers will show in the customer index
   • administrator can manually inactive or active items and customers.
3. locks
   • Lock price(can't edit or destroy), after boss approved, and make status approved
   • Lock opportunity when a new oppostatus created.

According to the user role, user can receive many messages. Such as, sales can received the price request approve.

1. Item changed
2. Customer changed
3. Price request status changed
4. Sales order invoiced and shipped(invoice & packing list)
5. Opportunity todo assigned or status changed

Need to find a service to work with Heroku.

1. Add status for opportunity, then oppostatus super from it.
2. Index page don't show dropped & DWIN opportunities. & Show overview when hover on solution.
3. Customer Page only show quarter activities of every opportunity.

Multiple customer types support, based on currency

1. Local customer(RMB, Chinese langue for orders, quotation, invoice and packing list)
2. Oversea customer(USD, English langue for orders, quotation, invoice and packing list)
3. RMB is the base, exchange to USD dollar according to the exchange rate.
4. Or manual select English/Chinese when print quotation, invoice, and packing list

The full company name always too long for display the brief. We can get the short name manually or automatically.

1. manually: input the customer name with mark, such as: Google Inc
2. automatically: automatically ignore the common company words, such as: Inc, China

System setting: There are many templates needs to get the system setting, instead of hardcoding

1. Company info(Company name, address, logo)
2. Order remarks.
3. Invoice remarks.
4. Packing list remarks.

Import and export basic informations(products, customers, contacts, suppliers), use csv or other format.

1. import needs to filter out the same item.
