Centralize connection settings
The following settings should be configurable through the general plugin configuration, rather then each Output:
Icinga EndpointsIcinga UserIcinga PasswordVerify SSLSSL CA
Main reason for this is to keep the configuration of each output clean. Especially to have less than 10 input fields so sorting does not break, refers to Graylog2/graylog2-server#4755
