ResonanceM is designed to store and manage the data associated with ordering executing and reporting of radiology procedures. The user can add and show the scan with the doctor’s diagnosis. The system saves the history of the patient’s scans. The system can show overview of everything happening in your lab. the system shows statistics of how many male & females have been scanned in my lab and scan types.

- Scan Management: The system allows lab technicians to record and manage various types of scans performed in the radiology lab. It provides functionalities for adding new scans
- Patient Management: The system facilitates the management of patient information and including their demographic details. It allows for easy registration of new patients and searching for patient information.
- Scan Reporting: The system generates detailed reports for each scan performed in the lab. These reports include scan results observations and any additional notes. Authorized healthcare professionals can access and review the reports for diagnosis and treatment purposes.
- Security and Privacy: The system ensures the security and privacy of patient data by implementing appropriate access controls and encryption measures. Only authorized personnel have access to patient records and sensitive medical information.
- User Management: The system includes user management features allowing administrators to create and manage user accounts for lab technicians radiologists and other authorized personnel. User roles and permissions can be defined to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
