Generate nuget package for .NET core

Currently we have nuget package pushed to nuget.org.
Also we have Visual Studio analyzer (https://github.com/iarovyi/EasyHash/tree/master/src/EasyHash.Analyzer/EasyHash.Analyzer).
We can modify nuget package in such a way that analyzer will be installed automatically.
Or we can create new nuget package ('EasyHash.Analyzer').
First option is better because then it will be used by default.

For now we autogenerate GetHashCode function but we can also autogenerate Equals function.
It should improve performance during storing in Hashtable.

Currently we use expression trees to generate code.
It has overhead related to creation of dynamic assembly.
IL code generation does not have such overhead so we can use it in order to improve performance.

Currently we can specify custom hashing function for any member.
It will be generated as invocation of function. We can remove this function call and just inline body of expression into auto-generated code. For this we need keep only body of expression and rebind parameters and variables with visitor.
