This will become more important as more books are added, as there is a max message size limit.
Also, to query a book, a user will have to copy and paste it (difficult on mobile) or type the title/isbn in.

eg. say "this book is at the office library" or "this book is available in DCU library"

The author data that comes back from the API/s is messy, so I try to split based on some punctuation, but that sometimes messes up (eg. one book had "translation, " as an author, which was then split on comma)

Eg searching "zen and the art" returns "Zen en de kunst van het motoronderhoud".

URLs are recognised as anything starting with 'http', this could be improved :)

Right now the quick replies is a list associated with the class of that view, so shouldn't be modified. This makes conditional quick replies (eg. only show "I own this book" if the user doesn't already own it, otherwise say "I don't own this book) difficult.

Also save things like the default port in that file.
