The message in the subject line occurs after some time of compilation
and installing.
I do not understand what has gone wrong, but I have had this problem
for the last 3-4 upgrades of opencv.

Error: hybridgroup/tools/opencv 4.0.0 did not build

Encountering this issue when upgrading homebrew on MacOS 10.13.6.
