$ python manage.py migrate to create/update database schema (sqlite)
$ python manage.py runserver to start the backend
frontend $ npm start maps backend model OsterAnmeldung/models.py and starts webpack in hot reload
$ python manage.py makemigrations OsterAnmeldung
