Unable to access most of the user menu

The location of the login icon is too low and tapping it causes the menu to appear mostly outside of the screen. This causes most of the user menu to be unreachable, preventing e.g loggin out. See screenshot:

Note: only tested on the iPhone 8 plus simulator in XCode version 9.4.1.

Unable to log in using Google account

When attempting to log in using a Google account, Google responds with the following error: "Error: disallowed_useragent" (status code: 403).

I think the best way to solve this is to log in using the default browser instead of the embedded web view. This would also benefit users already logged in to Bitbucket and/or Google on their phone's.
