In the case of a public system, the "new people panel" is shown in the right column of the overview before logging in. For data protection reasons, this should not be shown without a login.

When you are logged in, the panel no longer appears in the right column, but only in the directory.

Where and how can you configure the visibility of this panel?

Add Admin Configuration Options:

Show on dashboard;
[ ] For logged in members
[ ] For guests

Title and spacing looks a bit broken:

To go with the style of other snippets it would be great to see the first word bold.

Think it would be great to see the date of registration together with the name when doing a mouseover.
