Add a table and a column for logging whether the datapoint source was successfully fetched or not.

Create it in such a way that datapoint_simplepie can use it to track individual feeds failure.

The usage of this would be able to react better to errors in datapoint sources and let the modules retry to fetch it fast but on repeated failure (or specific failures) step back and retry more and more seldom or don't retry at all until the failure has been fixed.

This would also enhance the UI and make it easier for the end user to debug why a datapoint source isn't working.

The new column would perhaps just track the amount of failures in a row and the new table would track the current status of the datapoint source (not log it) in more detail - error code, error description etc.
