Repro steps:

• Put a chat modem on a computer
• Run lua, then call peripheral.call("right", "capture", "[") (replace right with the side you put it on)
• Send any chat message

What the title says. Not sure if this is intentional? It still sees the messages and runs whatever code comes after. chat.say just doesn't work.

If you start a program without the chat modem bound, then right click it, it lights up but any captures previously set don't start working until the program is restarted. The program I'm running sets a capture then waits for a message using os.pullEvent.

I'm seeing the chat modem unbind from me when I terminate programs with ctrl+t (but not when I press the terminate button in the UI, for some reason) and when the server restarts. When this happens, the icon is black and it doesn't capture my messages.

This could totally be user error, but I've broken several chat modems with various tools and never had the item drop. Playing v0.2.2+1.18.2.
