Thank you for reporting the issue.
I am currently working on a new version of the snap.svg.zpd-library that will support responsive images (see beta-branch).
Maybe you could check if it is still an issue with the beta-version, which should NOT be used in production right now.

If you drag the svg inside iexlorer, you will see that the svg goes out of element windows
