Description
Given that we have the nahmii-1 cluster running on kubernetes v1.19.15
when configuring kubectl in the Docker image for TeamCity agents
it is currently configured for the latest version of kubectl which is incompatible
while it should be configured for kubectl v1.19.15 which is compatible.

nahmii-1 is build on the deprecated nodejs 10.
As a DevOps running TeamCity workflows
I would like to have nvm installed
in order to have the opportunity to run workflows that require nodejs version newwer than version 10

Description
Given that the dockerfile for the TeamCity agents is configured for nodejs v10
when npm is installed
npm is installed with tag latest which is not compatible with nodejs v10
while it is expected that a compatible version of npm is installed.

As a build environment
I would like to have node 10.x installed
in order to be able to run tests with a node version expected from most hubiinet repos.

As a virtual machine aspiring to run currently popular software
I would like to be updated to run Unbuntu 18.04
In order to support latest backup features of mongodb.

Description
As a DevOps engineer
I would like to upgrade the teamcity-agent image to a new version of kubernetes
In order to benefit from security fixes in latest versions.

Suggest bumping the teamcity version to 2021.1.4 since that is alredy used in nahmii-2.
