吉特日化生产管理系统-PDA投料防差错系统

该程序是基于H5开发的安卓PDA程序,主要用于对接吉特日化生产管理系统投料防差错现场作业。作业模式采用二维码扫描确认模式，可以将人员,物料,设备有效的结合在一起。

主要功能

  1. 称量清场:用于清点称量系统称量之后的所有物料
  2. 产线收料:称量间称完物料之后送往生产车间收料确认使用
  3. 开始作业:扫描工单上的二维码确定当前作业内容,并且可以将配方工艺数据自动下发到指定的设备上,实现自动化下配方。
  4. 投料复核:用于生产过程中投料过程顺序的控制,投料设备的核验，以及操作人员的记录
  5. 生产报产:用于记录当前生产批次的最终成品产出量
