此模板未通過圖書館電子審查(首頁浮水印、指導教授姓名、學院名稱)

首先感謝 Hsins 大提供 Overleaf Latex 模板，
本人使用此模板向圖書館提交電子審查時被 returned 一次，分享幾點我和我同學被退回的點，不核准原因如下：

  1. PDF檔：請加入浮水印（第一頁）。請依「臺大電子學位論文上傳手冊」（https://www.lib.ntu.edu.tw/doc/cl/NTUTDR_Guide.pdf）設定。
  2. PDF檔：【封面】指導教授英文姓名與職銜間應有", "，請參考下列呈現方式：Advisor: ○○-○○ Chen, Ph.D.
  3. PDF檔：【封面】學院英文名稱應為"Department of ○○"。
  4. PDF檔：【封面】論文發布日期的英文格式不應有逗號。(有些人有逗號也pass了)
  5. PDF檔：【目錄】篇前頁次（誌謝、摘要、目錄等）之頁碼請以羅馬數字i, ii, iii...編碼，以與正文區別。請同步修正上傳系統欄位【目次】、【論文頁數】。

說明：

  • 第1點我不會透過修改latex設定，使首頁也有浮水印。我的做法是先取消模板的水印(於main.tex的變數設定)，再由Adobe PDF pro新增浮水印。
  • 第3點學院英文名稱是我在系辦做論文相似度檢查時就被提醒要改，我是資訊管理學系(Department of Information Management)，不確定其他系所是否使用"Institute of ○○"才是正確的。
  • 第4點發布日期，有些人有逗號也pass了，或許審核標準較寬容，還是建議別以身試法。

中文字體與英文字體導致檔案大小龐大

NTU Latex 模板

您好，我想請問您先前做的NTU LatTex模板，要如何更改每一個chapter的的高度固定為3cm，因為模板已將每一頁的top固定為3cm，再將chapter再固定3cm的話，結果跑出來會很像是6cm的感覺(3cm+3cm)。

還希望您能不吝嗇回答我的笨問題QQ
