refactor style structure

For some devices, the resume has the font-size error.
By refactoring style structure, this error can be solved.

This refactoring also increases scalability, readability.

By using respond-to mixin all amounts of size should contain for-loop.
So, refactoring is needed to better code structure and more responsive design.
