In the bundle view, when the value for the column is missing; nothing should be displayed instead of 'undefined'.

When "headers" is missing in configuration and an auth configuration; there is a js error in the console.

Clicking from an external link (i.e. provided elsewhere than FHIR browser) pointing to a given ressource opens a new browser tab, performs the connection to the configured server and shows the home page.
How to reproduce :

1. click on that : https://hprieurgarrouste.github.io/fhirBrowser/#Organization/89274
2. see the new browser tab being opened
3. See the URL redirect to https://hprieurgarrouste.github.io/fhirBrowser/# once connected

Expected behavior

• No redirect once connected, the requested ressource is displayed

Page count display when unavailable : Nan of undefined

In the connections panel, there is a button "New connection" but is non-functional.

Adding a connection with authentication would be a good feature!

Be able to change / customize the default list view.
For example the summary view, the name field (if applicable)

All links should be clickable when displaying the JSON/XML view of an element, to ease access to related documentation / definitions

provide Syntax highlighting in xml view

The url points to the latest version and not to the server version
