oh yeah that can be fixed if we have seperate pages for plugins like 10 plugins on each page thats what i do in my spigot fork.

I have about 53 plugins installed on my server because every time I write some small utility feature I make it a new plugin. When someone runs /plugins, they get disconnected from the server, seemingly because the chat packet is too big.
My current workaround is patching PandaSpigot to disable the fancy plugins command and using the console /plugins command as a fallback, but it would be nice to have the hover text showing the description of each plugin.
