Help Window currently only shows a subset of the commands available, but some key features such as assign, unmark, and more seem to be missing. Help feature thus seems to be incomplete.

It is unclear whether it is supposed to be "undounmark" or "unmarkundo"

Needing to scroll the message to view the full text makes it difficult to read and troublesome which may not be optimised for fast-typists as there is a need to manually scroll.

The Tips section seems to be not well-formatted, due to the presence of * throughout the text. It seems that the sentences were meant to be listed as bullet-points. Perhaps it would be better if they were formatted in bullet-points, or if the asterisks were removed?

The example given shows "assignid/ 1 id/2dsi/1" which is an invalid command. It is also not shown that assign command only accepts 2 id's.

In the Quick Start section of the User guide, the name of the jar file is given as "healthcarexpress.jar" whereas the name of the file in the download link is different, "addressbook.jar"

It is not shown on the patient's information which nurse has been assigned to them as there is only an 'A' to indicate so. This makes it difficult and inconvenient to search for the nurse who is assigned to this patient as there is a need to find through the list manually.

It is not clear what kind of errors this command searches for, maybe it would be clearer to specify that this command searches for duplicate entries in the list.

Upon running the example command given in the User Guide, there seems to be no way to view the information of the patient's next-of-kin. Hence, it is not possible to test this feature.

The initial list consists of nurses and patients. However, upon entering the command "list c/p as/true", there is no change to the list displayed as all the nurses and patients are displayed as well, regardless of their assigned status.

It is unclear what the checkSimilar command is searching for. In the case where I have three patients with similar details (one of them has their address slightly changed), it only shows 2 of them instead of 3. Perhaps it would be better if users are able to search for similar personnel based on the parameters given, such as searching for people with similar names or addresses.

There are 2 rows for "Add" in the Command summary table in the User Guide, but their purposes are unclear to users. Perhaps it would be better to indicate one is for adding patients, whereas the other is for adding nurses.

Perhaps there are too many examples given here. Maybe it would be better if you provide examples that make a few key comparisons or focus on the individual parameters instead.

It is shown in the Help window that there is a mark command. However, there is no mark command included in the user guide and when tested in the GUI.
