Currently, no attributes are exported, so the following steps are necessary:

1. Make the namespace separator configurable per command line option (default: :)
2. In xml.py, stop adding allAttributes in add_unused_item_children().
3. In xml.py, create a function to split up the namespace, and add it to item XML elements. This requires some extra structure according to the schema.

The title says everything.
But here is an example:

2.2.2011 Created DokuWiki article: "Test132"
2.3.2011 Renamded DokuWiki article, because of a naming issue: "Test123"

Export still exports "Test132" instead of "Test123".

I will try to explain that with a example:
Create Date: 2.2.2011
Updated yesterday: 26.07.2016
If this gets exported and I try to sort by newest, I won't get this article. Or just at the end because some articles got created later. (If this was the first article, that got created)

Hello!

I saw that the usergroups do not work. But they get exported somehow.
Could you investigate and check that?
