基于文本相似度的win10智能客服问答系统 本实验设计的问答系统问答系统基于win10系统用户常出现的问题采用了一个FAQ(Frequently Asked Questions)问答库，并基于句子相似度进行设计。基于常问问题集的问答系统是在已有的问题答案对的集合设计一个问答系统的页面，输入用户所想查询的问题，找到与用户提问相匹配的前五个问题，并将其对应的答案直接返回给用户。并且可以进行问题库数据的修改删除。 参考论文- 面向游戏客服场景的自动问答系统研究与实现_王丽月 参考代码- 大赛问答系统 代码在python文件夹中 成品-QA问答
