Add recursive directory support
This will help index mounted WIMs and early NTs, neither of which conform to an i386 installer
Multiple directory support
64-bit installs have WoW64 files in the i386 folder, but the full 64-bit system in either IA64(?) or AMD64 folders. The current system only lets you specify one folder, so you must do each separately, preventing the lists from being merged automatically.
Don't assume drive letter
It has been bought to my attention that some builds have different drive letters as the base for the source - ie, early NT has C:\nt\ - this is a problem because I have assumed D:\
