Make compatible with Webpack 5

Bundling shukra with webpack 5 against a non-node target results in the following error:

Let's just remove the cephes as a dependency, since that's a pretty stale lib & trying to root out the fs usage is likely more work than it's worth for a package that is designed to target node environments.
