Fix it for 2nd July breaking changes

Rackspace is finalising its API so the changes are:

Contract breaking changes for 7/2 are as follows:

  1. Removal of GET /instances/detail operation - The GET /instances call now additionally returns flavor, volume size.
  2. Removal of GET /flavors/detail operation - The GET /flavors call now returns all flavor detail information.
  3. When using JSON to Create Database Instance via API request, the volume size parameter should always be an unquoted integer. The API JSON response for this call will now return an unquoted integer and will no longer return a string for the volume size parameter.
  4. Pagination has been added to all list operations: instances, databases and users.
  5. Root-enabled status must be retrieved through the List Root-Enabled Status operation. Root details will not be returned in the GET /instances/{id} operation.
