Add a new VM for Windows Client

Error

New-VMDInstance doesn't run on Azure CLI.

Cause

AzCopy.exe is based on Windows but doesn't run on Linux. Need to replace with something else.

Add a new VM for SharePoint 2019

Problem

Currently the environment details are hard coded in the script, such as vm names, networs like Contoso-AD.

Solution

Move all this configuration to XML so that this can be customized by the folk.

On Hyper-V VM creation often results in an error at Set-Pagefile (where the pagefile is set through WMI). Either Firewall not ready after changing IP, or any other connectivity problem, or problem with this funtion.

First step, increase wait time from 60s to 120s. Next could be to reboot in between (for firewall to get ready).

Set AutoShutdown by default

Set an Azure Tag "owner" and use the logged in user's name or mail address. So all resources can be identified to whom it belongs to.
