Scaffolding of a simple web server using Flask + React

Install first

  1. npm
  2. flask

Get Started:

	make install-client # for the first time installation
	make build-client   # re-compile frontend resources once if not using watch-client
	make run-server     # run the server in dev mode (auto reload)
	make watch-client   # watch client side code for auto re-compile

Go to localhost:5001
