This lightweight plugin for ElvUI allows to highlight ElvUI Party and Raid frames when the unit is affected by the specified buff.

It is mandatory to play with uniform health colors (i.e. not class color health)

Hit "Clone or download" button then "Download ZIP".

Place the "ElvUI_BuffHighlight" folder (not "ElvUI_BuffHighlight-master") in your /Interface/Addon folder.
