CPCDS SupportingInfo Question

I'm attempting to parse some sample CPCDS files (which come from Synthea's CPCDSExporter) into R4 EoBs and have been studying the CPCDS defining artifacts. It seems that multiple CPCDS fields are intended to set CodeableConcepts in the EoB.supportingInfo.codes:

  • claimDiagnosisRelatedGroup
  • claimInpatientSourceAdmissionCode
  • claimInpatientAdmissionTypeCode
  • claimBillFacilityTypeCode
  • claimServiceClassificationTypeCode
  • claimFrequencyCode
  • etc.

Yet when I look at the R4 definition of this field, the values are intended to be selected from a ValueSet like [http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/claim-exception] which has only two values (student, disabled). My test data has values like "outp", "1", "2" & "home" so it seems the various coding.system fields must be defined somewhere?
