Possible steps towards Version 3:

• Add info page on Strategy Cycle
• Broaden branding + set-up to include strategy generally
• Update Westrum Typology site for Twitter Bootstrap 4, and merge in
• Add content about other frameworks as relevant + useful

The doctrine tool would be more useful if it were split up into phases.

We should probably also split out the doctrine page but that's a separate issue.
