RetryForever.waitTime is unused, should it be used in update?

It seems that the library is built and tested for scala 2.13 but it is never published with 2.13.

Are you planning on publishing it?

Hi, I am trying to use this package in our repo, however, the package is util.retry.blocking where the util easily conflicts with other packages, for example, our own util.

Is it possible to make this com.github.hipjim.util.retry.blocking instead to make it unique?

Looks like only 0.2.2 is available for 2.12 and only < 0.2.0 is available for 2.11 and nothing available for 2.10.
