Upgrade FOP from 0.25 to latest. This version is very old, and any upgrade will involve fixing broken references and APIs.

WIP issue

Seems related to org.apache.batik.transcoder.image, which may be out of date. It is trying to use a com.sun library that is no longer available in current JDK.

Allow users to easily create subset schemas.

Projects in left pane are defined, but no files are included (even though they are in projects/).

When we are trying to validate a XML against a ISO Schematron the validation say finished in Execute Shematron option. Please advice.

When running in High DPI mode, the text entry cursor will often appear in the wrong position relative to the actual cursor position.

Exchanger does not understand how to parse SVRL, so we'll change the svrl.xsl to emit messages instead.

Xalan transforms exit with

[Xalan Java 2.7.1] Starting transformation ... FATAL ERROR: Not supported: http://saxon.sf.net/feature/linenumbering

Need to find a way to get exchanger to work with OpenJDK. Right now Launch4J doesn't detect OpenJDK correctly. May need to bundle JDK.

Probably missing classes

I cannot get any schematron stylesheets working. This feature may have never been fully baked. (ISO implementation seems to work better)

Give project a new name

Xerces 2.12.1 upgrades OK, but XSD 1.1 support does not work out of the box. It is likely due to an old API being used.
