I installed the codes using each step accordingly but it never worked. Has this been tested before publishing?

(1) The installation instructions are not clear. The CI System folder has been dumped under vendor contradictory to normal practice and there is no explanation on this.
(2) It took be 36 hours to figure out that i must run the server.sh and then run my application under port 8000.
(3) After all the headache, i run the localhost:8000/ci3eloq/ and i get this error:
