之前用 nginx 做文件服务代理，用做操作系统（yum 、apt）的源代理，在产品化过程中发现 nginx 部署依赖过多导致部署比较烦躁，静态编译在 arm 上也不太好使，所以用 go 做一个文件代理，依赖少方便部署
