Yeah, we can define worst subjectively, but where's the rigor in that? How about checking with the hedonometer API and correlating what weather makes us the most unhappy?

All years but 2011, some days record "trace" precipitation as T, so those columns are a mix of floats, ints and strings. This doesn't seem to be working:
