Date/time input is awkward and sometimes wrong

No way to force a map update after moving the marker
Once the map marker moves the map will stay as is. We should let people sync it or optionally give things a snarky name as well.
New tickets should be added to the front of the list

Map queries are not always bounded to New York
Although we are providing a viewport bias it doesn't always seem sufficient to allow google to return good results. We should investigate the possibility of adding more information to the user's input address to fix this.
