1. Fix the Contribution section in the Readme file to reflect the Github Workflow - Branching Strategy

3. Incorrect use of GUEST and HOST in step 3.

When upgraded to version 2.6.6 of mongodb, the mongod server was not starting in GUEST. Root cause is that monddb does not support the vboxsf filesystem type (of the shared folder), and since my mongodb data directory was on the shared folder (workspace) it was throwing an error.

Resolution was to make the data directory on the native linux file system so using /home/vagrant/mongodata instead of /home/vagrant/workspace/mongodata.

I intend to migrate from maven to gradle as the build management system for flix4free-Service which is an application that will be built on the virtual environment provided by vagrant-webdev.

Need to add this feature.
