Installed SublPress today. But I dont find any settings-file in my Sublime/User-Folder or anywhere else. So "WP: Manage Sites" wont work...

Can someone send me a sample-file?

Hi the images in the README.md appear broken, I've git cloned the plugin into the package folder, what needs to be done next to use the plugin? Could we get a bit more documentation

Is this project dead before it started? I find this to be invaluable for me. I'm really hoping this package survives. I'm willing to help if I can.
