If so I don't think it is a good idea to create a separate one.
Under the entry "oryza", the etymology of Greek origin is οπνζα instead of ορυζα. So it doesn't link to the proper entry in LSJ. It seems that something got mixed up due to similar glyphs between Latin and Greek scripts. I suspect similar cases are scattered over the lexicon.
The biggest problem in this upload is that there are many many tags that should be linking to phi texts but aren't (we're talking tens of thousands of them). Anyone who wants to work on a favorite author, please go ahead (using Lewis and Short in Diogenes will show you if a link is working properly or not, author and work numbers can be found using Diogenes as well, for all works included in PHI 5).
